HYPE, Hispanic Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) Florida non profit organization, is committed to the needs of the Hispanic community within the Tampa Bay area.
With the help of our sponsors and volunteers, HYPE is the premier source of Hispanic young professionals working together toward some of the most critical needs in our community--primarily the need to significantly improve the high school graduation rate and college-going rates among Hispanic students. HYPE is committed to providing quality programming to its membership and establishing strategic alliances with other Tampa Bay organizations to support and promote each other's events and programming.

Our mission is to fuse Hispanic / Latino young professionals amongst each other and integrate them within the community. This dynamic group strongly believes in the importance of education, networking, professional development and community involvement.
